A Church School
Our Vision and Values reflect our Church of England School status:
- We value our Christian Faith: “With God, all things are possible.” Matthew 19 v26
- We are an inclusive community in which everyone flourishes.
- We hold school services throughout the year at our parish church of St Peter's and St Paul's and the school welcomes visitors from the Church team, including Canon Rachel who leads Collective Worship on a regular basis.
- We also have close links with other local churches and have regular visits from local clergy.
Supporting the Church Choir in their production of Captain Noah and His Floating Zoo and Joseph and his Technicoloured Dream Coat. The children were absolute stars - singing, acting and bringing the story to life with their confident performance.
Taking part in the “Together at Christmas Carol Service” hosted by the Lord Lieutenant of Rutland. This service was one of only 12 National Community Carol Services and was the idea of HRH The Princess of Wales, supported by the Royal Foundation of the Prince and Princess of Wales.
“It was pure Christmas magic!”
Harvest Festival was led by our School Council, collecting donations for our local foodbank.
