We are a NO NUT School

We have a No Nut policy in school - No nuts means that the following items should not be bought into school:

• Packs of nuts

• Peanut butter sandwiches

• No Chocolate Spread sandwiches

• Fruit and cereal bars that contain nuts i.e. tracker bars

• Chocolate bars or sweets that contain nut

• Sesame seed rolls (children allergic to nuts may also have a severe reaction to sesame)

• Cakes made with nuts e.g. cherry bakewell has almonds in

Please do not bring food where the packets says:

• Not suitable for nut allergy suffers

• This product contains nuts

• This product may contain nuts

• This product may contain traces of peanuts

We recognise that this can be tricky as many companies are now putting generic statements on their labels but please check before sending foods to school.
