Sarah-Louise Richards – With a lifelong vocation in childcare, Sarah has dedicated her career to supporting and nurturing young children during their most important early years. She has worked in childcare all her life and brings over 16 years of managerial experience with RLT. She loves working with children and takes great pride in helping them grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence as they move forward in their learning journey.

Gemma Smith – Gemma began her career at Stepping Stones as a student and has proudly remained with the setting ever since. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and is the setting’s SENDCo, supporting children with additional needs and working closely with families to ensure every child feels valued, included, and supported to reach their full potential.

Shirley Young – Shirley loves working with children and is currently working towards her Level 3 qualification. She enjoys being outdoors and believes children learn best through hands-on learning, especially cooking. 

Lucy Boyd - Lucy is a Level 3 qualified early years practitioner with Forest School training. She has a real passion for outdoor learning and believes children thrive when they can explore nature in all seasons. Lucy loves being outside with the children and also enjoys bringing the outdoors in through natural resources, hands-on activities, and creative play.
